Our
business philosophy
entails a more-than-usual focus on individual customer or the low-income earner. The clear intent is to improve the lives and business of individuals with whom we have business relationships. We seek to grow each individual/business, hopefully from the “Micro” level to “Small” business category, then to a “medium” scale enterprise and beyond. We shall track the progress of each individual through professional bank officers who are required to develop close but professional business relationships with our customers in order to serve them well. Each individual or business progress is our success story. This approach or philosophy informed the
decisions we make in product design, marketing, granting credits
and our business strategy in its totality. While keeping an eye
on operational cost efficiency, we focus on what is in the best

OPERATIONS Shortly
after approval was granted to us via a letter from CBN dated 02
January 2008, our operations commenced on the 1st of February 2008.
Since then we have embarked on intense grassroots marketing with
our philosophy as our guiding light. |
